Cascina Ravona (holiday apartments in Como) is an old farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, a few kilometers (about 7) from the center of Como and its lake.
The farmhouse is located two km from the town, but is immersed in a discreet and silent countryside thanks also to the large garden of about 15,000 square meters that surrounds it.
Oriented mainly to the south-east, it enjoys a view of the plain below and on particularly clear days you can see the Madonnina on the highest spire of the Milan Cathedral from the apartments on the second floor .
On the south-west side it is characterized by six large arches with exposed bricks and is arranged over three floors, one ground floor and two above ground.
The entrance to the property is delimited by an automatic gate which opens onto an avenue which leads to a square, where there are several parking lots and the heated swimming pool .
The rustic but well-kept garden surrounds the property on all sides and there are large green spaces.
The planting is mainly cedar pines, red maple trees and hornbeams. The main body of the farmhouse measures just under 600 square meters and is made up of six apartments, four of which are currently available for stays.
The apartments where our guests can find accommodation are Margherita, Fiordaliso, Gardenia and Girasole, all equipped with independent heating, independent wi-fi connection for each apartment and independent air conditioning installed between 2021 and 2022.
